One day, one girl has sent me an e-mail with one picture... she wrote: "Have you ever seen the beautiful Lithuanian Fall?" and because this girl is very special for me since i have met her first time... i was really planning to go there in autumn.. not only because i wanted to see charming Lithuanian landscapes.. but ... but about this not on the blog :P

I decided to take the quickest (i thought so) and the most comfortable way to travel..because for me, who live here over 20 years travelling across Poland is one of the worst nightmares ;)
So at 11pm i enetered the IC going to Warsaw... yep.. unfortunatelly every way on Eastern North goes through our capital.. :/ ;) after 5,5 hours of boring journey i came to Warszawa Zachodnia Station where my bus to Vilnius had departure.. but it was the first mistake... because i had more than 3 hours to the bus and nothing to do... i didn't want to stay on the station and wait for the bus in the hall where the main language was Russian ;) so i left bag in the cloakroom and entered Aleje Jerozolimskie street... I decided to go on foot to the centre (2nd mistake) because i thought (3rd mistake ;P ) that i can find something what i couldn't if i will go by bus... and i found.. that Aleje Jerozolimske are ugly and that with every minute the temperature was falling down...
After 20 mins of march I came to the centre, where was... nothing;) Warsaw changed since my last visit (2001) there are more sky-scrapers, few new shops.. but nothing else.. really.. the city was grey, ugly and didn't smell nice... ;) I drank coffe in one cafe at Aleje Jerozolimskie, read newspaper and decided to go back on the station and spend there last hour waiting for the bus...
The bus came on time, it was Eurolines going through Bialystok, Suwalki, Druskininkai to Vilnius... I must say know that in the bus were perhaps 3 Lithuanians and 5 Poles.. It shows how popular is Lithuania in Europe... As I got to know there were man from Greece, Germans, Swiss, Canadian and 2 Americans... who i have later met in Vilnius ;)
We left Warsaw at 6pm and at 0:30am time we were crossing the border in Ogrodniki/Lazdijai...
Since this moment i will use the lithuanian time (+2GMT) which is still on my clock in mobile... :P

To sum up:
TIME: 5,5 hours by train to Warsaw; 3 hours in the capital; 6,5 hours to the border... =15 hours in Poland
FINANCE: 55 zl Express, 7 zl + tip coffe, ~210 zl two ways ticket from Warsaw to Vilnius = ~275 zł
